KNS HOSPITALITY CORPORATION BONUS POINTS


Earn 1 point for every 20 TWD spent 1 point equals 1 TWD No limit on points redemption.

Bonus Point Eligibility Guidelines
  • Bonus points are applicable to individual guests staying at Kindness Hotel, Kindness Day Hotel, or Meant To Be Inn. 
  • To qualify, reservations must be made directly through one of the following channels: “ telephone, in-person at the front desk, email, or the official website.”
  • Bonus points are not applicable under the following circumstances:
    - Corporate entities, companies, and group travel agencies.
    - Guests redeeming accommodation vouchers.
    - Guests staying under long-term stay promotions or other special package rates.
    - Reservations made via third-party online booking platforms (except the KNS Hospitality Corporation official website).

Bonus Point Accumulation Policy
  • Guests who meet the eligibility criteria outlined above may accumulate bonus points for qualifying reservations.
  • For every TWD 20 spent on room charges per stay, 1 bonus point will be awarded. Points will be credited within three business days following check-out and final settlement. The point accumulation ratio is subject to change in accordance with the latest terms of this program.
  • Each room, regardless of room type, may be registered under one guest for point accumulation.
  • Expenditures on non-accommodation items are not eligible for bonus point accumulation.
  • Bonus points are valid for five years from the date of the most recent check-out. Unused points will automatically expire after the validity period.

Bonus Point Redemption Policy
  • Bonus points may only be redeemed for reservations made via  “ telephone, in-person at the front desk, or email”. Redemption through the official website is currently unavailable, and we appreciate your understanding.
  • Each bonus point can be used to offset 1 TWD of room charges. There is no limit to the number of points that can be redeemed.
  • Points may be redeemed exclusively by the registered guest for accommodation or for selected merchandise from Kindness Lifestyle Collection.
  • Points earned during a stay may only be applied toward future bookings and cannot be redeemed during the same stay.
  • Bonus points are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Amounts redeemed using bonus points are not eligible for invoice issuance. Once redemption is completed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

  • Guests may inquire about their bonus point balance in person at any hotel branch, or via telephone or email.
  • The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time. Any changes will be announced on the official website and will not be individually notified.
